Refund Policy
At Pixel Management, we strive to deliver high-quality social media services tailored to each client’s brand and business goals. Due to the customized and creative nature of our work, we have set clear refund guidelines as outlined below.
1. No Refunds for Services Rendered
All payments made to Pixel Management for services—including but not limited to strategy development, content creation, account management, paid advertising, or analytics reporting—are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes one-time payments, monthly packages, and long-term plans.
2. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their services by providing written notice at least 15 days in advance before the start of the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests sent after this period will apply to the next month, and no refunds will be issued for the current or past billing cycles.
3. Exceptions
We may consider refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:

Duplicate payments or billing errors on our part

Service not delivered due to proven fault on our end, and despite formal communication
In such cases, clients must contact us within 7 days of the issue by emailing [support@pixelmanagement.media] with proof of payment and a clear explanation of the request.
4. Non-Transferable
All payments and services are non-transferable and cannot be shifted to another person, brand, or business entity without prior written consent from Pixel Management.
5. Digital Product Policy
If your package includes digital downloads (e.g., templates, calendars, resources), these items are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, as they are considered intellectual property.
